Hello. I really want to copy how you do the z choker but I can't seem to do the pull or insert part. It looks so smooth. Do you actually pull on the handle or no?

Hi! As soon as you let go of the Bitehandle you want to push your index finger towards you (you can also try to move your middle finger in the opposite direction). Don't forget to get your ring finger out of the way!
