Advanced CHAT with SETTINGS UI / FiveM Script [STANDALONE]

1. Added a new variable that you can put in all the commands you want. This variable makes his work appear before the player's name. 2. CHAT is now STANDALONE. You can use it with all frameworks. To make it compatible with your framework you must put it in the CONFIG and go to the file SERVER > OPEN.lua and add the functions that your framework uses. 3. Added LOGS through DISCORD WEBHOOK. Add your webhook in OPEN.lua and every time someone sends a message it will appear in your channel of your choice.
