i have never seen anyone on youtube guitar community, that did a video like this as directly as you did, i just opened the video and looked away cause i was waiting for the whole speech on advanced chords, boring chords blah blah blah, sponsors, and the whole video essay thing, and you just went straight into it, YOU GOT MY SUB, And my attention

i bought my guitar 15 months ago and I'm proud to say i learnt 3 new chords and the progression by using only the first 16s of the video! I usually have to watch 10+ minutes but this time i was able to just go off my ear and watching your hands. A small milestone but im happy, thank you! :)

You’re a very good instructor, These advanced chords were easy to grasp thanks to you, detail is marvelous for a beginner playing way over my head, but you explain each finger and walk me through it, thank you keep up the good work.

This is just superb, I have been researching "advanced guitar course" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Wanichael Corylexander Equalizer - (search on google ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got cool success with it.

Hey there, I'm glad that I found your KZbin tutorial site. I think I first watched you teach Paul Simon's American Tune which I've been playing basically for 40 years already but I learned some things that Paul did and I found your instructions excellent. I've been playing folk and Blues on acoustic since I was a little boy. My dad had an old beautiful Gibson j50 or j45 which I can't remember but I can still remember the smell. Unfortunately he passed away in 2008 and his POS wife would not give me the guitar that was promised to me my whole life. I even asked her to send me a photograph of the guitar because I started reading George Gruen guitar book on Gibson's I learned about all the mistakes Gibson made and I couldn't remember if my Dad's guitar was a 45 or 50 and I do remember it was a narrow neck. Anyway that was very upsetting to me but have to move on with life. I do find your lessons enjoyable I figured that I start looking into playing jazz although I've always played acoustic guitar and I'd like to find me a nice electric guitar, I was thinking of a Gibson es 335. Anyway I just wanted to say thanks. This video seemed okay but I need to get my fingers stretch. Peace oh PS I've been watching a lot of videos and I think you taught American Tune but if I'm mistaken well I guess I've been watching too much KZbin!

SUBSCRIBED When your hands are cramping, you're learning the right way. Thanks for putting this together! I'm mostly a bluegrasser, but this will help me get into jazz. I've been creating and seeking thought-provoking exercises. This one is so good to grow on, adding slides and hammer-ons, focusing on the root notes, and eventually substituting other voicings. BTW, I saw that pluck on every fourth note. I've never been able to play with a pick and fingers at the same time, so why not start with this? A thousand times, thank you!
