Object + Helping verb + V3 (passive structure) generally when we use passive structure we don't focus on doer, we focus on work. For example I am cooking food. Here is doer "I" If I don't want to tell who is cooking. Then I need passive structure. For example - Food is being cooked. I hope you understand.
