Thanks for another insightful episode. I am developing townhouses in Perth, appreciate if you can give some detail of how zoning works in Melbourne. I.e how many houses you can build on a 600sqm lot. Another question: how did you decide if single garage is right choice? For example here in WA , unfortunately double garage is a norm
