Great video. Lots of great tips and a nice looking habitat as an end result. My pals are Zuzu and Pickles. A child named them and my wife came across an ad online and we took them in. They are currently in a 40 breeder. Really basic stuff. I figured, since I have a much bigger tank with nothing in it, maybe I can make a better set up. After watching this, I am thinking maybe I will repurpose some old kitchen cabinets into something really eye catching. Either way I go, I appreciate your video for being straight to the point and packed with ideas that don't require a bunch of expensive shit. Subbed.

I just got a baby leopard gecko and I named him Harry Smiles. Lol. All of my animals have Singers names so I figured harry smiles would fit him well since geckos always seem to look like they are smiling.😆

Recently got talked into rescuing a baby leopard gecko from someone who was moving and couldn’t care for it. Was not by any means planning on getting another reptile at this time cause I already have a Cuban false chameleon that’s a bit high maintenance haha but I love him! So my soft side for talking myself into rescuing another animal I now how a baby leopard gecko that I named Lucky(: So i think I’m starting to see how one reptile turns into more when least expected haha.. Great video though! Helps me a ton to get his larger enclosure ready for when he gets a little bigger! Keep putting out great content! Cheers!

Only thing I'd be concerned about is the moist hide. That particle board will soak it up and probably start molding after a while.

It's been sealed. All areas where the moisture can get to it are sealed. That wasn't in the video to make the video shorter

This must have taken you soooooooooo long! It was a fantastic result though and I bet it was quite fun to make. If I had a leopard gecko I’d call it Randall 😂 from Monsters inc. I get a kick out of super human names for animals... hence Wayne and Mavis the bunnies.

This litterally took a month and still not finished. Still got the exterior to to . I've noticed one problem . I never see her now. She sneaks from one hide to the other without me knowing haha trying to show new reptile owners what can be done. It's not just about the animal but also there environment. Hope to catch up with you at a show soon. Plus I've got a Collab idea for us. Just waiting for something to grow another month before that happens

When we got Astrid as a baby 5 years ago, we were told she was a boy. For 4 years, we could never stick with a name that fit; Oatmeal, Nirvana, Axel.. and then the vet said he was a she. Astrid just fit perfectly. Makes sense why the names never fit!
