Advanced Physical Assessment - Brief Clip

On the second day of the Nursing@Simmons campus immersion experience, students are paired with a peer and are required to complete a head-to-toe physical examination, with their peer acting as the patient. During this examination, students go through a systems-focused, physical assessment of various points of the body, correctly assessing and evaluating the “patient’s” symptoms, and identifying normal symptoms versus abnormal symptoms. This video provides a brief clip of what the physical assessment is like.
