Ben, capacitors C6416_RF, C6415_RF, C6418_RF and resistor R6405_RF were missing, correct? Was it for data extraction only?

Verklebt ihr den Nand hinterher wieder oder lasst ihr das Underfill und den Kleber komplett weg dannach ?

I went to the repair shop because my phone cant open it only shows the apple logo. And he tried to restore or reprogram it but it shows in his software that there is a error 9. He tell me that the board or cpu is the one who has the problem. What should i do? Please help me.
