Which course is better for signal processing/machine learning - Communications Engineering in TU Munich or ASC in FAU?

Wow, that's a tough question! First, I have studied ASC so I don't know CE at all. Second, better... for whom? It's important to know what you actually want from the program. ASC has the advantage that you can tailor your studies specifically to your needs and desires :)

Is GRE score required to get into FAU ASC?

How difficult is it to get into ASC in FAU

It's quite difficult. In my year 15 out of 600 candidates were accepted. But don't let that discourage you!
