Mr. Lawlor, I truly appreciate the active mechinal mind that is thinking outside the box, producing a desirable product. You toothpaste type additive used in the large vibratory tumble filled with a small fine ceramic cones looks like it does an excellent job in polishing. Thank you for sharing and allowing me (Us) to witness. This to me is fascinating. With such a smooth polished finish, reduces internal parasitic frictional looses. As you said, this can allow the use of a less viscous lubricant as it has less heat to remove if the part is highly polished even in complex shapes & forms. Thank you for showing us and allowing me (us) to see it. Excellent! DK, ASE Master Tech since 78. Retired. Thanks sir!

I'd be staying away from this business. Putting finely machined parts in one container, zip tied together, to be banging, smashing & clanging against each other, not to mention how carelessly he handles the parts, dropping them on the concrete floor - STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS - RUN !
