This process for Logging is very similar across all the Farming Simulator games, there may be small differences in what you see from game to game compared to this video but the logging practices remain very much identical.

I can not get my game to do both actions on the same key at the same time. How did you get it to work?

Just ordered the thrustmaster duo after trying base game logging on a single stick for the first time. Gonna deep dive the FDR mods and set up tutorials when they get here

Hey there, I noticed that you're delimbing onto your first pile when feeding the log onto the second one. I ran a real processor for the first time yesterday and keeping the work area clean was definitely a concern. If things get messy, you can't even see where to pick up your logs from the unprocessed deck. I'm really enjoying your channel and learning lots, keep up the good work!

Yeah in real life when I did this If the trees are super hairy id run it out to knock limbs prior to dragging it over my cut pile, but this game doesnt have a limb piling feature unfortunately

I'm sitting here watching this thinking gosh I wish my limbs just disappeared like that

The placement of your deck and where you sit play a big roll in how the rest of your deck will turn out, I'm not sure how you lay decks out where you are but giving yourself some space is key. When your wood is all in your face it makes things tough with debris and decking, if your wood is too far it's tough to make things line up. Try lining up the tops of your trees with the side of your track, I find doing that gives me enough room for my debri, and if need be I can grab a head full of tops/brush and throw it further away. Its all trial and error but you'll get the hang of it after a while 👍

Another amazing video from the best. Love all the tips and tricks, I don’t have a pc…. Yet, but I can’t wait till I can experience your amazing mods and maps. What FOV setting do you find is perfect?
@timothybroderick875210 ай бұрын
You mentioned about FOV and also the settings for the easy dev controls. Can you make a quick video about the settings you run without getting into key binds?

Hey there! Great mod's been using em for year's. Is it me or is the mod harvester controls conflicting with the FDR mods?

Do these machines have classic keyboard and mouse controls without customizing control keys? Same as standard logging machines in the game?

What is the logging crew where you talk because I was in there one time and your mic was off.

Are your machines too powerful for the base game trees? Im trying to cut down every tree in Silverrun Forrest and wanted to use your mods. Also, in the base game they have the hydraulic motor free spin feature on the processor but you can't control the head with the log in connected to it
@FDRLogging10 ай бұрын
they can still handle the base ingame trees they will just feel very very light compared to the FDR trees ;)
