Nice video doctor. If my tumor is at 18mm , is gamma knife safe ?. Any side effects. Can we take sulforaphane supplements to shrink the tumor ?. Please advice kind sir. I wanted to see if we can control the tumor naturally before gamma ray treatment. Not sure how safe gamma knife is. Worried about facial deviation.

There's no medication. Gamma Knife Radiosurgery is safe. You can undergo

My old report Wellndefined large extra axial lobulated heterogenous T2 hyperintense lesion measuring 2.3 x 1.7cm is seen inthe region of left meckels cave,which apear isointense on T1.no restricted diffusion is seen .the lession ahows mild heterogeneous enhancemwnt. Anteriorly it cause encasement of the cavernous segment of left ICA.the midial part pf the left petrous bone is involved Mile mass effect is noted inthe form of mild lateral displacement of the left temporarl lobe.. October 2023report sir .MRI

New CT April 2024 III Defined hypodense non enhancing lession (1.4*0.9*0.9,AP*TR*CC) in middle cranial fossa base lateral to cavernous sinus . The lession is seen displacing the left anterior temporal lobe & cavernous internal carotid artery laterally and meckels cave midailly .there is irregular bony erosion involving the left potrous apex, left dorsum sell, left posteromedial aspect of clivuw /sphenoid sinus wall & anterior wall / root of left internal carotid artery canal. Impressions III Defined hypodense non enhancing lession in middle cranial fossa base lateral to cavernous sinus with extension , mass effect & bony erosion as described above ? Mitotic .For HPE correlation . Doctor old report mri and new report CT ...any difference iruka doctor....ithan radiation pnalama ...ila..surgerya doctor .
