When I was 4 years old I had a very high temp. My Mom & Dad took me to the ER. Th ER folks worked for over an hour trying to get my temp down. When the doc told my parents they had done all they could and they should take me home. The ER doc walked out with us and gave my dad a piece of paper and said take him to this guy. It was a chiro doc. But in those days they were considered quacks. The doc bent me, twisted me and popped every joint I my body. When he got done, less than 5 mins working on me, he took my temp. It had come down almost 8 degrees, 1 degree above normal. Visit chiro on a regular basis and never looked back.

if i wake up with one, which are the worst ones, the day is shot. totally revolved around the migraine. usually have to go back to sleep for like an hour or 2 and take a lot of medication in order to be functional. or ill just end up throwing up. shit is wild. and mine is only like 8x a month at most but everyday is just wild.

This was a great video I've had 4 car accidents 2 cars rear ended me 3 yrs apart 1 car hit my driver door an another hit me head on in a parking lot..my back pain is unbelievable sometimes i need shots every 3 months i wish this doctor was close by im on the east coast i really understand how connie feels i wish her the best....

You need chiropractic treatment and there must be someone on the east coast who can help you. I was in a car accident many years ago, caused whiplash, my right leg went numb. A couple of months of treatment helped me dramatically fixed my leg, neck, and back. I still visit every other month to this day. I also visit my gym and do light weight workouts on my back muscles to keep them in shape, this really helps. I hope you find one soon.

But after my dr only wanted to prescribe me pain pills for my neck and back pain, I decided to visit a Chiro and I walked out after one appointment without any pain, like ZERO. She's going to be a tad sore after that adjustment. I always take a couple of Advil before going to the Chiropractor, then a couple more before going to bed. For me, it really helps the day after soreness you will get after a great adjustment.

You might reconsider using NSAIDs like Advil, they actually prevent the body from healing (cartilage specifically). Plus they can cause damage to the stomach.

@@w1975b I highly doubt that taking two doses of Advil will prevent my body from healing after a chiropractic adjustment. This works for me, It may not work for everyone. I haven't had any stomach issues from Advil. I guess I could take Tylenol and not get any relief at all. Do you even get chiropractic adjustments? If so, do you do anything to help with the post adjustment soreness?

Hey Dr. Johnson. I've been going to a chiropractor I just found who's right across the street from my house! All these years, I never knew he was in the plaza. Anyway, Palmer guy, like you. My previous chiropractor was as well. Anyway, when I was younger, I used to crack like a box of cracker Jack's. Now, not so much. He has attempted the ring dinger technique, I feel the pull, but nothing pops. He's strong. Like you, and all good chiropractors, he has big forearms. I barely get any big cracks anymore. I want to get that ring dinger relief, but nothing goes. Any advice?
