I've been to dozens of chiropractors, all of them strictly knowing the basic how to adjust the neck thoracic and lower back..NOT A DAM THING ELSE..I keep giving them a chance, only to find out its one quack after the next..I keep telling myself I will eventually find one who provides exactly what dr. Greg Johnson does with his techniques and knowledge. I live in NYC, so if anyone one knows a terrific chiropractor or a reference to go by, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thank you

Most creative use of a saber saw I have seen. I think the 'ol reciprocating saw has been used in videos like this before, but not without some homemade attachments. She desperately needs the SI adjustment and the sternum adjustment, otherwise known as the Inter Boobular Groove snap-crack.

Hamstring can hurt like someone stabbing you with an ice pick. It got me and I don't even know what caused it. I cut and stacked firewood the day before, no problem. I was sitting at my desk checking the weather and when I tried to stand up WHAM! Hurt like crazy. I used heat, and ibuprofen for some relief then looked up stretching exercises on the net.

It is like my back absorbed the shock. The pain lasted for two days and went away. Then my back popped even when I breathed in and out and it was scary. I lifted weights for a few weeks and developed pain so I stopped. Now the poppoing and pain reduced but my back I syill not normal. What should I do? Should I go to a chiropractor? Is it only going to be a one time visit/adjustment? Please helo.

Can you help me? I hurt my back and have three months with continous pooping and cracking of my spine and back since I fell. There is also pain from time to time. I also lifted weights with my back like it is and had to stop because of pain that I didnt have. I hurt my back I was practing rolls on a matress and in one a goofed and fell on my knees(like a praying position) on the matress. Obviously my knees didnt hurt but I instantly got unbearable pain in my back.
