Sir what if there are too many different AETERM for same subject then how to get same AETERM which is before trtsdt and after trtsdt and then if aesevn is increasing we have to give Y. i tried by separating data as aestdt>=trtsdt and aestdt

7:22 SEVERE is not the latest records, AESEV is SEVERE (BEFORE TRT) -> MILD (BEFORE TRT) -> SEVERE (AFTER TRT). Your code slides and examples is just a mass.

Before trt mild post trt severe we considered that is an treatment emergent.. If before trt severe post trt mild we are not considered as treatment emergent

What if we have a scenario where we have 3 rows..before trt Severe and then post trt we have mild and moderate severity? Will trtemfl = Y only for 3rd row as severity has increased from mild to moderate post treatment?
