Set your color management to simulated color management off. Tools/Color Management/Default settings then change the setting under presets. Do this in CorelDRAW and PhotoPaint.

I found the same image in Pixabay and followed the directions to a tee, but Im still seeing a hint of the frame around the flame (not completely transparent) something is missing. What am i doing wrong? :-( Thanks!
