13:33 Unfortunately, she’s still in 2007 and it’s not a good idea to use MSC from your own body. Now if anyone was paying attention to her talk, including her, She said, “as we age our cells accumulate damage and eventually enter a state of senescence” Why would you take your own age stem cells with their deficiencies and injected them into the problem area. Problems: senescence cells in the area, not as viable then younger stem cells and just outdated techniques. I didn’t hear her mention expanding the cells which would make it worse, so that part is good compared to everything else said.
