Sap Analysis and Nutritional Management for Honeycrisp Production

If I use cover crops, then I might not need to feed many coffee grounds to my Red Wigglers for Nitrogen? I want to feed rock dust, kelp meal and other nutrients to worms. That should reduce the need for amendments in the soil. But I am wondering about Sap Analysis taking a week. A week is a long time if cell division only lasts 14 days! Is it possible to get a second or even a third satellite lab where results can be produced more rapidly?

Can we sap analysis of iron , magnese, zinc & other micronutrients?

John you mention use of ammonium sulphate with sugar. Pls let me know if sugar means home use sugar.

In reply to the question about the host formal education, I'm troubled about how little a bachelor science in agriculture does for a graduate. That is four years for a broad introductory course. Borderline useless.. But no doubt a degree opens doors . I know a 27 year old that got such a degree who is a vineyard manager.
