Around Lafayette LA they had around 138 dairys that were producing. In the 80s reagon had a program to buy them out. The ones that got in the program lost every thing they had. The last dairy shut fown in 01 after a hurricane. Sold his cows and the only thing out with a pickup truck paid for that it. I don't drink what they call milk.

I live in Seattle. LOVE all your products. Thanks so much for putting your milk in the old fashioned cartons. ❤❤❤ Regarding Farm instead of farm: Greg Judy gives his cattle Free Choice Minerals, where the cows choose the minerals they need from wooden bins in the field. He finds over the years that they take less and less of all the minerals, because their urine and manure mineralize the fields. Do you guys do something similar with your dairy cows? Thanks so much!

I'm betting that A2 Dairy raised on THE RIGHT Multi-Species Forage, will produce dairy products with high amounts of Omega-3 and (even more importantly) high amounts of the recently discovered Essential Saturated Fat, C15:0. C15:0 deficiency is solidly linked to all of the Metabolic Diseases that over 90% of the population suffers from...and is dying from. My Chronic (decades long) Musculoskeletal Inflammation has gone away after just a few months of C15 Supplementation. Rolling out of bed without pain....is heavenly. I'd love to have access to Dairy Products with "enough" C15:0 Saturated Fats. The supplements are $1 a day. I'd pay up to $15/gallon for the right Omega-3/C15 Milk without blinking.

Very interesting, thanks for sharing. Multi-species forage grazing is the future for ethical land and livestock management.

UHT tastes strange to me. I have found one reason for milk going bad quickly is contamination after opening at home (no drinking straight from the carton).

First Stephanie says she can’t understand the people buying unhealthy food and a few minutes later Blake is celebrating selling their eggs for $8 a dozen. Nothing wrong with profit but an answer to the health problems of the USA, it isn’t.
