I’ve never heard of cream cheese mints. I grew up in the north, Indianapolis. I lived in Florida after college attended and hosted many wedding and baby showers but never heard of cream cheese mints! If you have full sheets of the foam tape could you die cut two sizes of tape to put around the circle
