It's because Their father's name who btw is DSP in Faisalabad is Mirza Anjum Kamal..So I guess just to be different he gave his elder daughter His caste name (Mirza) and his younger daughter is surname that is Anjum. Or The girls just picked and choose what sounds best to them themselves and created their I.D's as Jannat Mirza/Alishbah Anjum as after all it's their social media names & (Probably their real names contains same surname).
