Just went to Southend today after 6 years of not seeing my favourite rides, they changed a lot of them and I Now was able to ride new ones as I grew

I went there 2 weeks ago, we live in Southend, it was my first time on Rage and the part where you go Vertical feels like it takes 30 seconds!!

The Bumper cars cost £2.30 per car or for (£5.00 plus rides wrist band) you can have unlimited rides on them hope that helps !

If you're going on a ride for the first time, the green scream can make you shake, but if you're an advanced rider it's nothing, Fyi if you go at night after 18:00 it's half price but is cold when in rides that're high up like Rage and Green Scream...

Rage is awesome and it's a baby ride compared to stealth but omg I went on it today and it's my first ever rollercoaster and I was dragged on by my brother and his girlfriend but rlly it weren't tht bad and I loved it

Joseph Prince That Ride is the American Whip and and it's been there for ages, right back when Adventure Island was originally Peter Pans Playground and I can remember it being there when I was a child back in the mid 1960s, boy that makes me feel old

Blue bands £20 unlimited rides over 1.2 metres high Green bands £15 for juniors 1 to 1.2 metres high Red bands £10 1 metre high and the ride at 4.50 is Skater boy

Get rid of it. Build a bigger theme park on Two Tree Island (Two Tree Island Theme Park - theres an idea) and have a slow moving Two Tree Island Tram ride from Shoebury Point to Two Tree Island (those parking spaces in the middle of the Golden MIle look awful). Build a Venture Island Beach Farm there instead of Adventure Island (get rid of that Sea Life Centre) and have donkey rides, horse rides, goats, dogs, kennels and maybe an open air bar and grill section. Think that there should maybe be a tall tower at Shoebury Point - maybe a giant Solar Panelled Sail complete with 'Crows Nest' observation area at the top so you can view the beach. A Magic Eye ferris wheel on the beach somewhere. Pier Voyager Mini-Port with trips up and about the Estuary. A Carnival Cuisine Centre at the end of the pier with World Cuisine - anyone for mutton and mustard, or Snake with black olive salad?! Knock the Sea Life Centre down (again) and call it The Starfish! 'Starfish Station' for the Police/Fire Brigade/Air Rescue/Coast Guard and Paramedic all in one building!! Build a Leigh-On-Sea Lido and an Aqua Park along the hilly area's of the beach, call it THE BIG SHELL and have Whirl Pools, Wave Machine's, Jacuzzi's, Water Chute's and so on. And get rid of that eyesore statue at the crossing before the Odeon - why no Fountain or Water Feature?! Knock down Quantock, Malvern and that other eyesore and build a commercial business park - name it the Metronome or the three Spire's/three Shrimpers! Heh heh. This town is really very very dull and depressing all year round with not much to do or see.
