The curved cliff face has been rounded by weathering and water erosion, undercutting its base and leaving a rounded overhang. It was formed by water dissolving and re-depositing chemicals in the granite as it runs down the cliff face

One misty day back at the dawn of time, the Gods of Earth, Wind and Off Road Motorcycling were maintaining their backyard enduro track, when Loki's antipodean cousin three times removed, Clumsi, stepped on a shovel and flung a 444,000 tonne gob of goo right over the Cook Straight, straight at 'Straylia. They never did know exactly where that shovel full of fun landed, until Mr Suzuki (himself being a descendent of the Gods) invented the DR650, and in a moment of divine intervention one of the Gods put one in the hands of Mr Skids n stuff. Legend tells that the Gods were so entertained at the thought of billions of years of natural erosion creating such a fun looking place to ride, that they decided to chuck a lightning bolt of inspiringly inspired inspiration straight at the Suzuki design office, whereupon Suzuki's initial reaction was to release the 800DE. Hopefully the Gods can soon sling a second bolt of jagged blue sky love at whatever department at Suzuki Co. is responsible for bringing a new and updated DRZ400 range back to UK showrooms too. And please dear Gods, if you could also fill peoples wallets with a sizeable enough chunk of fun tokens to spend at their dealerships around that time too, that'd be simply bleddy awesome 🙏🫡 😮😁

Love your vids! They are super helpful and motivating. Currently working on my 2024 bush pig. We have some crazy terrain over here in Arizona but that's a first I've seen! So flowy! Much appreciated for all the work you put into your vids. And one heck of a rider! 🤙

Back in the 70's my mate and I went to Hyden on our road bikes and on to Wave Rock. Back then you could ride to the base of it and my buddy said "Watch this!" Off he went and rode up about 10 feet with a plan to keep the power on and come back down lookin' cool. Didn't go to plan, backed off near the top of the arc and proceeded to fall and smash the alternator cover. Got a bodgy fix done and a slightly better one in town and nursed his GS 1000 home to Perth from there. He really should've been on his YZ...... Thanks for re-posting and for all your videos as it's great to see familiar areas that we rode when younger.

Another great vid. I live in the four corners area in northern Arizona, so we share a good deal of the same kind of riding. Currently, I mostly ride a G650 Sertao, but am thinking of picking up a dr650, or possibly a drz400 which I fear is gonna be tall for this 58 year old, 170 cm tall dirt bag , despite riding dirt since I was 4 years old. Anyway, I have been wondering how tall you are and what you think of the 650 vs 400, if you've ridden the 400. Keep up the good work! Shred on!
@SKIDSnSTUFF9 ай бұрын
If not doing long distance, open road riding much or packing heavy loads the 400 might be a better option. While the DR is lower seat height, the DRZ might be easier to hold up/keep straight in the case one does get off balance just because its lighter. Im about 180cm
