Your a man after my own heart! My mrs and I found you rececently and love your videos! We both love our ales and cooking. Especially in our little wood that we recently purchased. We've just loved the beef bugger off video that you did a couple of years ago - looked amazing 👏 and definitely needs washing down with a glass of red or 3 !!! 😄 We did a self-build campervan about 6 yrs ago and love getting off around the UK especially Scotland. We still travel around every other weekend and the weekends in between we go to the wood now. We always sleep in the camper at the wood at the moment and are getting great ideas ref . . Cabins etc . . We love the fact that you're putting your shallots and mushrooms in an hour before the end and will now do that ourselves! 👏 😊 Cheers Nigel & Claire

Thinking about it you could put the white vinegar into a pump up spray bottle and spray it about and wipe over .. 👍

I think I had the Same thing as you ben. I was ill for 2weeks and just couldn't shake the cough .like you , it went on for about 6weeks . To an extent that I thought I wasn't going to get rid if it. You hear all these stories now after covid stuff that people end up keeping some the symptoms. But I'm glad to say I'm fully healthy again now and should be out myself making more videos . But great to see you out again bud. Look forward to those trips you mentioned 🙂

Hi Mattias, we're spoiled for good quality stouts here in the UK at the moment, all thanks to the craft beer movement! 🍺 We are heading south in the truck in just a few days time, back to Spain for some much needed sunshine. We would like to do a winter trip up to Scandinavia next so maybe at the end of the year. All the best mate 👍

Mate I still avoid the area of the woods where I heard that noise after dark 😂. The damp is an issue, it’s been the worst winter for rain in years over this way. Bet the sun is out in your neck of woods! Atb mate 👍
