Adventuredome Review Circus Circus Hotel Las Vegas

This indoor theme park is attached to the Circus Circus hotel, located right off of the Las Vegas strip! They house 3 roller coasters, and are rumored to be adding a 4th sometime soon! I got to visit for the first time this past October, and these are my overall thoughts on it!

Las Vegas native here and worked at the park my senior year of high school (2000-2001). The park's original name was GRAND SLAM CANYON with the tagline "Adventuredome". The theme was the desert southwest hence the rockwork and attraction names. The name was changed in the late 90's to just The Adventuredome. There IS back entrance to the park without going through the casino...if you enter through the west valet (near hotel registration) you just take the escalator or elevator up to the entrance. BTW, the current entrance is not the original entrance AND it wasn't always free to get in. Lots of changes have been made over it's nearly 25 years...feel free to hit me up if interested.

Adventuredome is great ! I live in Las Vegas and i come like every 4-5 months. I’ve never gotten tired of it😂 I love adventuredome so much, things have definitely changed. I miss the water ride they used to have called rim runner. At 2:14-2:25 the track at the top was the top of the hill for rim runner. I was at adventuredome 5 days ago and it was fun as always .. definitely something to check out

CJG .04 I saw rim runner when I went to the adventure dome when I was in 1st grade. It looked really fun but I didn't get to go on it. When I went there again when I was in 7th grade, it wasn't there anymore. I was very very upset

There is a back entrance to the hotel and you can get to the park with limited walking into the hotel. Canyon Blaster is a great ride and I really enjoy El Loco. I've been to Adventure Dome many times. Its a fun spot to visit.

Hi Taylor, love your channel btw. Vegas local here and I worked at Adventuredome for 3 years. There is a parking garage in the back that you can park in behind the hotel/strip that takes you pretty much directly to the park if you enter from the second floor. And the new ride was supposed to be where the water ride was, which you showed in the video.

LOVE Canyon Blaster. Fingers still crossed for SPEED to be given a second life, as it was an incredible ride too. It is currently sitting in plain daylight stored at the south end of the strip across from Mandalay Bay.

Just went there today and it was totally worth it. I only paid to ride each coaster once, which I thought was enough, but I loved the atmosphere. Definitely a cool place, and it definitely does have the best coasters in Vegas.

Adventuredome is one of the best amusement parks ever! It's exciting and fun in every way! Disco is one of my favorite rides there. And Chaos is certainly chaotic! I am definitely thankful that I live in Las Vegas!

the theme used to be dinosaurs, and the rock work was always there, this has changed a lot since the 90's. The main entrance used to be a nice escalator that went up towards a huge water fall, which has been taken out..

I've been to vegas once and the first thing i did once i got there was going straight up to AdvenureDome and spend the day there. I was really loking forward to ride those coasters and both were GREAT! I rode El Loco 10x. Cannyon Blaster 13x ! The park had no lines and it was PERFECT! And their both coasters are better than TheRollercoaster at NYNYHC

Actually checked it out last week. Didn't ride but looked around. Was here about 24 years ago. Had a blast. Canyon Blaster is pretty fun. Can't wait to try El Loco

Chaos used to be a popular ride in the mid to late 90s when the ride first came to market at amusement parks and carnivals and fairs alike. However it was a fleeting ride that only thrilled people on the first couple of rides. Therefore it didn’t retain its popularity, so many places are taking them out.

I live in Vegas. Grew up going to the Adventuredome. It's not the same as it was growing up. There used to be a modicum of care put into this park, its operations... but now it's a trash pile. Taylor may like the numerous things to do, but I see it as tacky clutter. This place is claustrophobic as heck and thematic elements are left to rot. The arcade games are dated, the merchants ridden and the park run atrociously. Don't get me wrong, El Loco is a great coaster and Canyon Blaster is one of the lesser-aging Arrow loopers but try to encounter the park on an uncrowded day, get in and get the hell out.

FYI, No, you do not have to walk through the casino. There is the back side of the strip, west side where the main lobby check-in is at. A few steps away are the elevators and escalator to take you up to the upper floor promenade where the Adventure Dome is at. Since this video, Circus Circus just opened a multi million dollar SpongeBob theme ride separate from the dome. Go and enjoy it all!

Canyon blaster was an opening day attraction, so it was built concurrently with the rock (Matterhorn). (same with the other rides that directly interact with the mountain) But yeah, it had a bad reputation at opening. But by the time I was there they'd polished it out extensively. I just wish I didn't have to walk 20 minutes through ghetto casino to get there.

oh i love the Adventure Dome!!! Chaos is the best! Never got up the guts to go on El Loco though. I know that there is another entrance on the other side where you dont have to go throguh the hotel (which does smell like a mixture of stale cigarettes and cherry cough drops)

You don't have to walk through the whole resort if you're driving. Park in Garage #1 and take the elevator to Level 3 (if you're not there already). Go in the doors there and you're just a short walk away from it. I recommend going after dark when everything's really lit up.

Last time I went Disko had malfunction led so we were stuck sideways for an hour and a half but other than that every time I go its awesome, especially freight dome

Those Chaos rides were actually at several Six Flags parks during the era when Premier just bought them out, but none of them lasted long at all. The one at SFA (which I think was called Krypton Comet) was in the area where Wonder Woman is going this year.

I recommend to go on El loco Chaos Disco Inverter Slingshot Pirate ship (forgot the name) 4D Ferris wheel thingy Bumper cars I don't recommend to go on Canyon blaster ( hurts your neck/head) I forgot the name but it's like the 4D but it's not 4D. Lol it's way too loud!!! My ears were stinging after.

I’m pretty sure Chaos used to be at Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. I’ve ridden it at both parks, and it looks the same and I heard sand rattling around in it the same way it did at SCBB. I enjoyed it when I went.

the great thing about Adventuredome, is that you pay only for that wristband and its fun for all!!!! like where I live, there is an "entertainment company" that used to have carnival rides and games but with covid still lingering a little, they have not gotten the OK to put on such venues. But with their fairs, we have to pay admission, then seperately pay additional for rides for adults and kids, pay for food and drinks, so the total bill for a family outing or hot date ( profit for that company) ......is about close to $500 to maybe even $1000!!!!!!!

Taylor - search color grading videos to take care of the pink tinge on the film. It's easy in Premiere Pro and should be easy on Final Cut too. You can trick it into looking normal

The part used to be called grand slam Canyon and the Canyon Glasser was the original roller coaster in the car and he used to have a water ride called the rim runner and it used to be dinosaur theme and they changed it over to the rock work and coaster been there from A1

I went there once in 2005. They claimed at one point that this was America's biggest indoor theme park. I don't know if they still claim that or not, but that's incorrect because the two Nickelodeon Universe parks are bigger than this.
