I absolutely LOVE your drives. I watch every weekend. This is probably one of my favorites, BUT there were so many opportunities to stop and show us the view (something you usually do and do well and I love it) but this one had ONE view like that... and I was literally wanting to shout at my tv to PLEASE STOP and let me see the view! As beautiful as this one was it felt rushed as you just kept driving by places I really wanted to see! That being said I will continue to watch and hopefully you'll go back to doing some more drive by side views and stops along the way of the views. Thanks!

Just gorgeous this drive it was. Thank you. Still seeing the effects of the 2015 Reynolds fire around Lake Saint Mary has driven me to do some research about it and I found out, that the Glacier National Park has a long history of wildfires shaping part of his face that are going back to way before the park was founded in 1910. Folks, your videos and my eagerness to get healthy and come over to drive through the states make me learn and research stuff. Without being forced to do so. A thing none of my teachers ever has achieved. Congrats and keep them coming. Kind regards, Markus.

LOTS of interesting sights along the way . . . Just below Logan, had you noticed that Bride, in her finest white raiment? She and her Bridal Party had probably found a nice rock ledge for her to be married at. I loved the 90-odd-year-old red tour busses--all shiny, as if it were still the 1930's! 'Twould be an interesting way to go through The Park; I'd ridden in a 1924 Hudson, before; a 6-teamed Stagecoach would be interesting, too, on an old road built for Stagecoaches! That Conservation/Preservation Legend, Stephen Tyng Mather, had this road built for modern vehicular traffic, ONE-HUNDRED years ago, and I cannot detect any deviations from the original alignment--certainly a road to last an eternity--Autostradas in Italy follow some of the original alignments of roads constructed thousands of years ago, back in Imperial Roman days. God Bless you Mr. Mather, wherever in Heaven you may be. Glacier is a Multi-National Park, and I do believe that there's American highways that do conduct you into His Majesty's Canadian Unit? One should carry their Passport, for Canadian access, shouldn't we? Those forests are very thick and DARK, just like forests of Coastal Redwoods--a very wise thing to have your headlights burning. NOW . . . you're just going to have to present us with . . . the REVERSE direction(Laughs!!); then, if taken sometime around dawn, we certainly will be "Going-to-the Sun"! Quite a number of the peaks do resemble the Paramount Pictures logo/emblem. We all must thank you, for finally presenting us, with one of America's Crown Jewel roads, long overdue.
@AdventureEveryDayАй бұрын
We’ll certainly be doing a video of the opposite direction through the park soon. The mountains in Glacier have a unique look to them that sets the park apart for sure. It took us quite a while to finally make it up to Glacier, weather can be unpredictable and were aiming for nice clear sunny skies. Thanks for your comment as always!

@@AdventureEveryDay Yes, these peaks have a very distinct crenelated layer-cake look about them. I've seen pictures of Banff that have peaks of similar architecture--some areas of the European Alps, too.

Out of 18,000s religions+, I've only ever had dreams that glorify the name of Jesus. Matthew 25: 1-13 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. 2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. 3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: 4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. 5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. 6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. 7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. 8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. 9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. 10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. 11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. 12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. 13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.
