Finally someone somewhere is talking about one of my favorite games of all time. This was actually the first video game in my memory. My brother took like 3 hours to hook up his Nintendo and when he started throwing candles at the Vampire hands in the coffins I never forgot it. Absolutely awesome underrated game. I'd like to recommend my favorite game ever, Solstice on NES. Good luck though, it has an extreme level of difficulty with decent learning curve. Looking up a guide will help, but memorization is key to victory from multiple deaths. Over and over and over. The intro song when the game starts up is enough to try the game on it's own merit since it's such a long and ridiculously good chip-tune.

Solstice is great! I don't have the original cartridge but I am familiar with the soundtrack since Tim Follin is one of my favorite chiptune composers.

Great commentary! Annnd I had to laugh because I was TOTALLY disappointed when I got to the end of the game and realized we didn’t get to see the parade! So when you mentioned that too, I started laughing!
