How does Royal Mail make the schedule? Like, they'd have to take in all other services at dawn. From what i read, if any company wants their produce travelling by rail, they put the order, such railway cómplies, and the Railway makes the schedule. Also, why is the junction stop special? Aint it a normal procedure if its done at a normal basis as the tone implicates its perfectly normal

1. It's a preservation society that is pulling a mainline service. Why would they make up the schedule 2. Maybe because there are people who live next to the branchline?
