well done at Land's End in Cornwall to take in the spectacular views and see the iconic signpost! In this adventure, I take a look around this landmark attraction along with sharing details of the facilities on offer. Land's End is the most westerly point of mainland Cornwall and England allowing for spectacular views out into the Atlantic! keep the good work on the channel Shawn, thumbs up to you.

It amazes me how Shawn manages to go to so many theme parks and attractions during the summer and it is often just him and a handful of others there, I wish I was that lucky. Are you doing another Flambards visit this year ? If you do, check out the Healy's Cyder Farm which is also nearby there (spelt Cyder in Cornwall) and get yourself some iconic Cornish Rattlers Cyder. There is a guided tractor tour which I bet Charlotte would love, and they have animals there too, goats.

You can have the sign personalised to what ever you want on one side and you’ve had to pay for it for years! Loads of people come by bus and the buses stop just before 5pm so probably shops shut cause of that. Love the vlog👍

Lands End is a rip-off. Far too commercialised. Visited there once, saw the prices and drove away. For me, The Lizard is far more poignant because it is the most southerly point of the UK. A fantastic little cafe there too, practically on the edge of the cliff and they do some excellent food and cream teas. Best of all, to go there and park it is completely free, or you can walk half a mile from the Lizard village where you can park on the village green. Totally uncommercialised and a far better experience in my view!

@garymcmahon39813 жыл бұрын
Shawn, it closes when it closes, its Cornwall, and also don't get fooled into thinking lands end Is the most southerly point either, thats the Lizard. 4.15pm in Cornwall is knocking off time, it's not all about making a buck down there, they know there is more to life, like surfing 😀😀

Typical Britain closing everything early, Spain is much better where they open everything up for the evening. A stunning place and I actually love the touristy village. I was annoyed to find they'd blocked the sign off as it was free for all in the 80s.
@jenniferlopes5573 жыл бұрын
How tacky to unscrew the iconic Land's End sign at the end of the day. Next they'll be tossing a sheet over the Statue of Liberty after hours so you can't get a pic. Greed at its finest.

I grew up in Cornwall and know Land’s End very well. Just like Flambards, it has gone WAY downhill 👎🏻 It used to have great exhibitions, the amazing last labyrinth, the galleon ship and much more. Now it’s got a stupid 4d cinema thing that does nothing except spray you with water and make your chairs move a little, a stupid wallace and gromit thing and greeb farm. It’s so boring now
@acptelford13072 жыл бұрын
There’s better places that don’t restrict public access or charge for it. The whole place stinks of money grabbing.
