Well I opened up and un packed my pampered chef air fryer. Washed it before use. I went on KZbin and discovered this frittata recipe and method. I can do it I have the ingredients. It was amazing. Photographed it and sent to my grandson and daughter who got for me. They were impressed as they had bought one also.

That shield is suppose to protect the heating element. Your suppose to use it when we you use the air fryer

Well, I finally made it and it was wonderful! I used 1 turkey Italian sausage that added all the spices that I needed. I only had a 7" cast iron skillet. I don't know if that is why it stuck a bit, especially around the edges. It is a new one so may not be seasoned enough yet. Please post more air fryer recipes. I am going to try the chicken parmesan tonight.

Thank you for showing the finish product this is the first video that has shown the end result!! I just got my air fryer and the first thing I made was Steak!! I could Not find a recipe so I just used my imagination and finally got it done (they were So tasty)!! I don't remember what I did so I don't have a recipe for it :( I enjoy your video!!

So for anyone making a bigger one you can do it in the same amount of time and temp you just need to stir the eggs a couple times.

Thanks for sharing such a delicious looking recipe! You may be discovered this already but I thought I would share. I just received mine several weeks ago and according to the instructions the shield is used directly under the heating source. You won't need to take an extra shelf space because the shield has its own slot at the very top, right underneath the heating source. Hope this helps.

Thank you! I was just going to tell her that! It stays in the air fryer and comes out only for cleaning. Thanks for this recipe. A frittata is not something I have every tried in the Deluxe Air Fryer!

I have a question, could you make 2 at a time one on each shelf? Made one this morning after watching this, it was yummy. If I did do 2 i would switch them half way thru but I don't think I should add more time. Big hit love it.

How come there is no information on the pampered chef website regarding bacon? Are you not supposed to make it in there? If you can - do you know what settings I should use?

Is there an order number for the mini cake pan set you used for the frittatas? I am only seeing the 9” pans.

Absolutely! And several days after this recipe video, I made two at a time. I just swapped them half way through the cooking to give them both some time close to the heat :)

I got mine to use to cook casseroles in to avoid bending as much as possible after an injured back. I see you using the cake pans. Can we use small glass casserole dishes not made by Pampered Chef. Anyone made casseroles? Used glass or ceramic loaf or casserole

Yes! You can use any dish that can go in the oven :)
