as someone who used to haul scrap metal all year round i just want to say pace yourself and make sure you drink plenty of liquids..the heat will kick you in the face before you even realize how hot you really are ...stay safe my friend and try to stay cool..it's been nearly 100 degrees these last few weeks so make sure to take some a/c breaks and rehydrate your body

Pace yourself Silas, I have the impression that you are a workaholic and while that's an admirable trait it can be dangerous in the heat, with that said I'm glad it was Mother Nature that visited your house and not a criminal. Live long and prosper my friend.

You have a good eye. You can't save them all, but you do a pretty good job at saving the unique and unusual. Plus just the benefit of living in an area where there is no salt on the roads. Mostly rust-free.

Silas, just came out of tx, Man times are tuff. ton's of people sleeping in cars, trucks and van's everywhere in truckstops! I see van's man... don't crush them.. I looked for a van off car gurus while in tx closest one was in MI. There is NO Van's used in the state of TX and if so they only last less than 2 hrs for sale! Even if need work worth $$$$$$$. Saw a white ford in background worth over 5k man even if needs work!

Great video of Silas running, running, running. You wear me out just watching you and thinking about all the stuff that needs to be done around there. Seems I could notice the difference in the metal crushing between those two older trucks then that newer one you put in. The metal is certainly not as thick as it used to be. You be careful in this heat dear, you're used to working outside but it can still get you to if you're not watching yourself. Always excited to see a new video from you. Stay safe and GOD bless

Yeah, yeah..."Hardy har har". So funny that I forgot to laugh...or something. Our turn this week, I suppose. Forecasted 111F by Thursday, 110F by Friday. But, fortunately, by next Monday, it's forecasted to start cooling ALL THE WAY OFF...to...Umm...99F. Welcome to SE Wash. (And here I was with the sentiment of not missing the midwest much. Oh, dopey me. LOL! I guess it's how it's said of the apostle Peter back in his disciple days as suffering from "Foot-In-Mouth disease". Wait.) 🤣😉🙃
