I love that you guys really get into each province and share what you've learned. Having worked in the hospitality and tourism sector, many visitors to Canada just blanket it as just Canada. This country is way too big to do that! Each province is almost like a different country onto their own and you both capture it really well! Been a fan since your road to Alaska adventures where you really got into British Columbia. Thanks for taking us along into Atlantic Canada!

Since Canada is physically as large as Europe, it is not unreasonable to think of each province in terms of a European country. New Brunswick, one of the smaller Canadian provinces, is larger than Ireland.

Dear A & K, I love you both. You are such great inspiration. I love your dog too. How do you educate yourselfs on your videos explaining all the current things to do and see and the history of the places you go to? Where do you two get all that energy hiking all over on these huge trails. I live in New Jersey and I am an admirer of you too young kids... LOL. Take care and I am exploring and living vicariously thru your wonderful hikes, coffee visits and great history and information you both provide so very well. Love your new fan Linda

We couldn't time anything with the tides. We were on our way out of the area and got to Hopewell in the morning, at high tide, in the pouring rain. We couldn't come back, so we didn't go in. We were also surprised at the cost--i know my guide book is a few years old, and from before it became a provincial Park, but it was quite a bit more expensive. We also stopped at the lighthouse at Pt Savage, but it was too early to go in, and it was too rainy.

another pro tip to skip the crowds at hopewell is go in the off season lol. my wife and i drove there in november from NS - not realizing that the park was closed but after talking with locals, they let us know you can just walk onto the park at your own risk. only saw 1 person there for sunrise.

being from NB - The Bay Of Fundy is really great! Also the Petitcodiac River which borders the Bay Of Fundy also has the tidal bore, one of the largest in the world. Sad that wasn't filmed here but yeah it shows just how quick the water changes and people as well surf that bore now. It use to not be allowed but lately it's been allowed. I havn't witness any surfers myself but have watched the tide bore a few times when I am in the city of Moncton. Indeed a must do if you are ever in the area!

Great video. You really captured the essence of Hopewell Rocks. You mentioned bore surfing in Alaska. The Hopewell Rocks lie at the mouth of the Petitcodiac River, and there is also a tidal bore up the Petitcodiac River too. In the city of Moncton (which lies 30 km up the river), it is not uncommon to see bore surfers here too.
