Pabu’s little boredom tantrum comes to a end (explained in prior upload) when his birdie friends arrive! Kookaburra was thankful they came when they did as Pabu was determined to scream his face off, so instead now he can scream everyone else’s face off 😂

Not everyone could make it out today due to some birds still being a little funny with silly season (that’s why some are looking a little scruffy from nesting/fighting) but we are on the tail end of it now! I can’t wait to pick up Roku & Korra, I miss them so much it hurts my belly and I’m dreaming about them 😂

Also need to add there’s a few new beginner birds! Which is why at times you will notice in these videos it all gets a little hectic haha especially when the wild cockatoos join in on the fray, doesn’t help with Pabu constantly screaming and creating anything but a nice peaceful environment lol

I apologise in advance for the jerky footage, at times it felt like I was being bombarded with birds (and this isn’t even half our group) not to mention trying to capture them all flying at once is a near impossible feat!

Everyone had an amazing time, we were out for over 3hours so I’ve just edited and included some of the highlights. I feel the need to point out I do this with all videos, as some viewers comment they didn’t fly much or stay out for long and again, it’s because I post highlights not the full outing 😂

i couldnt keep birds if they were stuck in a cage all day, my birds hate been stouk in, my lovebird hurt herself today trying to force herself trough the water dish opening in her cage, she was only in it because i had a leak in the birdroom and had guys doing a new roof today, i nearly had heart failure, i found her covered in blood, but couldnt find where she cut herself , crazy birds shes not yet ff trained but my macaw is n he loves getting out..but the guilt i feel going out without sprite the lovebird, soon she can come..

oh my god, pabu is freaking loud. that would be annoying as hell all day. Funny ass bird, but the screeching, my ears. Visited Australia years ago, great continent, the cockatoos woke me up every day. loud as hell when they are in a large flock.

Definitely an acquired taste when it comes to the many noises of Australian wildlife. Being in the actual country its much worse than the coastal city's, more wildlife more noise. I'm used to it now though :)

TheWheelofLife100 i would say yes and yes, they all seem to communicate fine with eachother however same species tend to have better relationships :) but interestingly when reared as bubs together they all co-exist well :)

Scuba Guy yep 100% in all outings in all videos. I edit out tonnes of screams because its very annoying. Each outing i usually get 1.5hrs worth of footage, i try edit it down to a avg of 10-20min So thats alot of screaming taken out haha

MrRdbrig it wouldnt be weird because there would be a very specific reason for that occurring. It’s no different to saying “wouldn’t it be weird if people on the street started walking into polls and didnt stop” Its not normal and if it occurred theres a specific reason for it happening. Also important to remember that pet indoor parrots are drastically different to free flight parrots, pet indoor parrots in this situation would fly off with high chance of loss.
