Loved hearing Buster talking to you as he walked along the lake. "Come on, dad, let's look over here. Are you coming, Dad? Let's go down here". He is such a good boy out on his walks. Buster does love rocks! I love when he started to drink and suddenly went into BIRD ALERT! The water is beautiful. Yes, I go out very early when we are not walking just in the forest. It's so much calmer and peaceful and Buster can relax more. It's also still not too hot, Buster is sensitive to that. It was the first time for both of us there, he is just a natural!

As always, wonderful to see Buster out enjoying himself. I especially liked the way he walked towards the camera with his front legs criss-crossing each other. Very cute. Three weeks ago, a 10-month old kitten appeared on my doorstep, starved and nothing but skin and bones. Obviously, I had to feed him and eventually take him in, get him neutered, vaccinated, flea-treated, etc. He has gone from 6 pounds to 9 pounds. So, in honor of my FAVORITE INTERNET cat, we named him "Buster". You can let your Buster know he is having a positive effect on another cat here in Pennsylvania. 😸

I think Buster needs some sunglasses and some offroad boots for the gravel, my cat Gobbles would see the gravel and say "Hell No" and demand to ride on my shoulder! Was wondering when that crazy bird would show up again ! Buster is one very content cat and part Mountain Goat! You should make some cat wallpapers to download! I have done several, one on my phone!

I have a Cream colored male MC...Ravi. I struggle to keep him combed and mat free, and he is only indoors. Please share some grooming tips- you obviously know a few from looking at Buster😊

I don't do that much, really. I think it depends a lot on the cat how much you need to care for their fur. Some just get mats no matter what you do 😆 But what I do with Buster is that I brush him a few times per week, not very thoroughly, just quick. Then as soon as I feel that there are mats forming or loose fur somewhere, I comb it out or cut it away directly, so it doesn't get bigger. I have a a nice steel comb with long "teeth" that goes all the way through his fur. He doesn't like it, but it always does the job, so I use it when I really need to.

I almost never walk him where there are people. In daytime we go to the forest. And if I want to go to a more crowded place I do it very early in the morning. But maybe we can walk around people a bit more in the future 🙂
