The flower you were asking about is Plumeria. It is the same one that they make the flower necklaces with in Hawaii. Next time you pass it, smell it, the smell is amazing, some have scent some don’t. I’m lucky because the one in my yard has a scent.

Scooter in mud would be a challenge. Everything i know hinges on using throttle to float the front wheel and steer by pivoting around your centrr of mass. Best of luck with little wheels and 50cc.
