Sir , my grandmother inherited property from her grandfather. It was shared by her brothers as well as her cousins. Before death of our grandmother , we had the knowledge that our land is there but where exactly, we didn't know . Many times we requested them to demarcate our part and hand it over which they even today accept and tell us to take it but issue is , that it was a big patch of land and they have distributed it among themselves. Now they themselves don't know who has occupied how many parts of our land. Now we filed a suit in the court requesting to give us possession. What is your view on it.

Sir does this adverse possession law applicable for family members, like 3 brothers purchased the land but 2 brothers do not live there for a long time... But what if the 2 brothers come back and ask for the partition of the property

Sir this adverse Possetion is applicable in Paternal property also? We have property of total 6 title holders whereby one of title holder is living in that property since 40 years. So still this adverse Possetion will apply to that one title holder?

If I have vaild registered rent agreement with same tenent for 3 year then 1 month gap n then for 5 years again 1 month gap and again for 5 year now it is more than 12 years. All are registered rent agreement. Then can he claim ownership right on the property.

If one is having adverse possession of govt land for more than 30years and has filed plea for grant of ownership, is govt time bound to hear the plea and grant a favourable decree after taking cognizense all the supportive documents provided to the court/land tribunal at juridictional district level?

Sir mere district me nagar parisad ki ek property thi... Vo property satyanaryan sharma ke naam se avantan 1975 ho gye... Uske baad unki death hone par Unke ek larke ne Vo property kisi aur ko sell kar di 1997 me... Laki ek brother ne registry me signature nhi kiya... Uske baad Vo property Mene leli 2011 me... Toh sir me Yeh Puchna chaheta hu ki jis bhai ne registry me signature nhi kiye the Vo ab problem create kar sakta h kya ....plz advise Kare

Sir, i am Yashoda Shetty from Karnataka .I was using govt land for agriculture purpose since 35 years.I applied for Akrama Sakrama also.After that surveyer nd village accountant came to measure d land. There was a permanent fence between private property nd govt land which constructed 100 years back .While measuring d land surveyor told that half portion of d land is private property which I was using.My neighbour is not aware of this.Even i was also not aware of this. What if i buy a property and leave it for capital gain and behind me someone goes and lives there as an owner but I don't know about him living on my property. Recorded owner is "A", now A has no warish and all dead, and "B"was neighbors and occupied that land and made deed anyhow by a deed writer, but couldn't make the mutation, now B sold that to "C" (my father) is now passed away without mutation, and i made gift deed of that land from my sister (own) but no mutation. now what to do ? Nobody claim the land till date, and "A" is still recorded owner. Can i do mutation of that land ??? Please help..... Thank you.

Sir plz answer, Mene ek zameen kharidi jiska dakhil kharij sankramni bhumidhar me hai jo ki mere naam ho chuka hai. Or sreni no. 1 prakar ki bhumi hai. Par ye bhumi rajswa abhilekh me pashuchar bhumi me darj hai. Is zameen ka patta year 1976 me ek kisaan ko hua tha us kisan ke bete(A) ne year 2018 me (B) Ko zameen bech di bator sankramni bhumidhar. Phir (B) ka bhi dakhil kharij ho gya bator sankramni bhumidhar. year 2019 me mene (B) se zameen khareed li. Mera bhi dakhil kharij ho gya. Abhilekhagaar se CH 41 or CH-45 Nikalwa kar pados ke lekhpal ji ko dikhaya unhone bataya zameen pashuchar me darj hai. Ab me kya karu sir. Plz bataye ye zameen kis prakar ki hai kya me bhi isko bech du ya rakh lu. Is zameen par 10 saal se aam ka bagh hai
