Hi santosh, how do you calculate CAC and nCAC before running a campaign. how do we know before running ads whether the new customers we get is a profitable or not? thanks for the great videos.

Hi Umair, I do not think there is any difference in CAC and nCAC because every customer that is acquired is essentially a new customer and therefore calculating CAC is as straightforward as dividing the total cost by total number of customers acquired during the given date range. Hope this helps.

Also you can’t calculate CAC before running the campaign though you can estimate target CAC by taking into account the LTV and repeat rate. Hope this helps.
