I have to respectfully disagree with one of the twins (not sure which one) about guys being persistent as a show of interest. Granted, it can be true to a point, but there's a fine line between being persistent and being annoying and not taking the hint that she's not interested in you. If a guy stops texting and/or calling, it may be because he hasn't heard back from the girl he's interested in and figured the feeling wasn't mutual on her part.
@jasonbrn85418 жыл бұрын
Totally agree with you.

What she's saying is that women take seriously those guys who throw resources at them. They say they're looking for a guy that puts in a lot of effort, but they really mean a guy that's buying gifts for them, taking them places, expensive dinners, etc.

....as opposed to someone stalking them, which also takes a lot of effort.

This is going to sound desperate, but I spent my whole 20's being terrifed that if I sent a second message to a girl after she didn't reply to the first one that a girl would report me to the police for sexual harrassment. (I'm sure there are some bitchy girls out there that would do that kind of thing.) This fear is probably why I am 42 and still single.
@platypuxbepo73197 жыл бұрын
I agree with 6672rock too. Especially for girls in the city, we nicer guys (yeah that sounds arrogant but it's the internet, fuck it) know you girls experience a nightmare of assholes cat calling and making advances and lewd gestures and stuff all the time, and we don't want to come up as yet another motherfucker who's the harassing type. And the prettier the girl, the more chances for her to be harassed either/both by guys she knows _and_ guys she doesn't know throughout the day. If you feel like there should be an imbalance of the attention to be given between the sexes, namely that the guy has a duty of giving more attention to you, you're just shutting yourselves away from plenty of good guys who just don't want to be that asshole. But I guess those guys of the confident not-harassing type are gravitating around you in numbers that are enough for you to dismiss that, more power to you girls. Just be aware that there are guys around who are so concerned of not harassing you that they're not giving you the attention you're seeking from _them_ , and also be aware that no matter how funny and pretty and cool you might be, I for one am not interested in a relationship with someone who thinks she can get away with an imbalance of attention. I can love you and give you attention like you never knew, but it has to be honest and not contrived, and I've got to feel without overthinking anything at all that you are also so into me that you do and feel the same -not just waiting to test how "interested" I am. I've been past this bs since teenage, quite honestly -I'm 32. It basically boils down of letting good guys be good guys, not force them to adopt forced sexual parade attitudes. I'm betting there are plenty of Dom Juans and Casanovas studying channels like yours to sharpen their getting-into-your-bed skills… I will never make myself text when I don't feel like it, and if you're not capable of handling my not thinking about you all the time and reaching out to you despite the fact that I may be very much in love, that's a pity because to me this is whimsical childish attention seeking, and that's very much a character trait that I try to avoid at all costs. To me that's a sign of emotional insecurity, and while I can be a very attentive and considerate partner, I don't want to be your dad, your mom, or your shrink. It's actually quite interesting how you, Emily, seem to be very independent and open and cool and confident and in touch with the zeigeist, while still embracing that, which is basically a sort of remnant of old chivalry, courtship display style thing. I'm discovering your channel now, so I don't actually know how much this really applies to you, but it certainly does to _some_ girls out there.

It is always an extreme pleasure to have any of Emily's sisters appear in one of her videos, but it totally makes my day when you are all together. You have such a great familial dynamic AND it is obvious that you enjoy each other's company. A family of four daughters, wow. I wonder how your father survived the stress. Ha ha jk. Kind seems like he just gave up after number four if he had any hopes of having a son and said "Daughters it is then". My granddad was like that. Had five daughters before he got to his first son, then was on a roll and had two more after that. But yeah, lovely family gathering you have there Emily.

It's always a joy to see the 4 of you together and I hope Jess feels better. There's something I'd like to share with you, so that you, in turn, can share with others - People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that Person.. When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need You have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with Guidance and support, To aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend and they are. They are there for the reason you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, This person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an End. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire Fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on. Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has Come to share, grow or learn. They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh. They may teach you something you have never done. They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy.. Believe it, it is real. But only for a season. LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons, Things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional Foundation.. Your job is to accept the lesson, Love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other Relationships and areas of your life. It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant. Thank you for being a part of my life, Whether you were a reason, a season or a lifetime.

Fred Smith I wish all four of them got together more often too coz it's more fun and interesting with all of them there. Obviously 🙄 this isn't practical seeing as at least two of them/ you live separately and I don't know 🤷♀️ how separate or distant they/you are from each other? Emily's probably said on numerous occasions but I give you my short attention span again as a defence.

I was married four times the last time for 22 years of and on, pun intended, I almost never made the first move. I was always quiet in school, I still ended up with girls. I wasn't afraid to look a girl in the eyes and give back whatever was coming my way, but like one of the other fellas said in comments, if a girl acted even slightly uninterested I was on to something else. Women can be brutal to guys who don't get the hint straight away. Just wanted to make the point I was never a chaser of women and if I found one I liked I was content with her company. I always had lot's of other interests, so, many times not being sufficiently up my significant others ass, be it girlfriend or wife was my downfall! They always assumed, incorrectly, that I must be cheating........

I don't know if this video is new as of 2017 but I feel as though it's been waiting around for me to watch it for ages and I finally took the plunge. Maybe I'm wrong and it's pretty new but I'm not sure I've seen an entry with all four Hartridge galz in it before? Maybe I've got a dangerously short attention span and you do it all the time but I know Emily lives with one of the sisters and that sister appears regularly in your video entries. Once again I'm not sure which one because it's frequently late when I catch up with Hartridge shenanigans on KZbin and my brain is pretty sozzled at the best of times anyway. I feel I should apologise 😩though coz your vids are one of the most regularly pleasant surprises I find on my KZbin in box 📦 . So thanks for that! I also feel I should apologise for the other members of my gender who are un able to keep it in their pants, to use an Americanism.
