Not very many people are aware of this, but even if you have sex for the 1st time with someone you really wanted to do it with, the experience can be ruined by a thing that the French call, "La Petit Morte" (the little death). After orgasm, you may suddenly feel a sense of emptiness into which pours all your feelings of guilt or remorse, and you think, "Oh, God, why did I do this?" But this is an actual physiological response of your brain to the sudden cutoff of the intense stimulation it was getting from sex. The brain is saying, "Agh! What happened? Why has it stopped?" It had become used to this nuclear bomb of stimulation but now it's suddenly stopped. It experiences this sudden stoppage as "emptiness." But if you understand this, you can trust that if you just hold the person and wait a minute or 2, your brain will reachieve balance, and you will feel better.

Yeah for guys it's often seen as strange if you'd rather have sex with girls you care about. I say girls because i dont think openly gay men experience the same pressures that straight men do. Im 21and ive been pressuring myself to lose my virginity. Ive come close often but never done it. Ive always felt ashamed of being a virgin with friends younger than me doing it regularly. And i know they're only joking but it does make me feel ashamed. Guys, if you're still a virgin, its whatever. Its not a race and you will lose it. Also, anything sexual is 10x better if you actually like the person.
@ng.drillerx640910 жыл бұрын
I've asked a few friends and collectively concluded that.... "before sex 0_0 ohhhhhh,.................after sex -_- oh" sex in an early age is very pushy, the peer pressure really gets you. BOYS/MEN before sex: - doesn't have much to lose - mostly thinks only about himself (about his happy time) - mostly thinks about how he is going to enjoy himself - mostly selfish after sex: - wondering when will be the next - wondering if he could do more - thinking of how he became so happy that time - mostly thinking selfishly ((unlike girls, that thinks if what she did is right, whether it makes her a better person or not,... thinks of how she would become, wondering how other people might think of her if they knew,..))

I feel that the whole asexuality story you have is due to something happened with you when you was a kid ! I'm not sure , but i think that deeply in your heart you want to be normal ... but that thing is preventing you from as you have previous bad memories regarding sex
@aujaisterling607510 жыл бұрын
It isn't okay to assume things like that to define someones sexual orientation or okay to tell someone the reason why they think their that way is because of something that happened to them as a child since their are a lot of asexual's who have been sexually abused,( even tough that still doesn't invaded that person's sexuality since you can get therapy for rape or sexual abuse but you can't for a sexual orientation). Also being asexual doesn't mean your not normal just like being gay or bisexual doesn't mean your not normal.
@kylercampos42359 жыл бұрын
This comment just is not okay. It isn't okay to assume that someone's sexuality is the result of some childhood trauma because that isn't always the case, and if it was, it is still inappropriate for a stranger to give their opinion on the matter. Basically, it's not your business why a person is the way they are. Also, "normal" - what is that, and what makes you think that anyone wants to change to be like that? "Normal" is not synonymous for "correct" or "right." And it is just ignorant to think that it is.
@bayanMNS9 жыл бұрын
i'm not saying that i want her to be "normal " , but in the same time i'm pretty sure that when she decided to share this on public and on you-tube, then she already agreed to share this personal things with strangers like me , and as a result she will see comments like mine , and like yours (wanna-be-a-lawyer comments )
@aujaisterling60759 жыл бұрын
bayan mohammad That still doesn't make what you wrote less offensive, not only to her but others as well. It is not okay to assume that someone's sexual orientation is the cause of sexual abuse. It wouldn't be okay to assume a person is gay because of rape, or a lesbian, so of course it isn't okay to assume that for an asexual and anyone for that matter. Some minority of asexual-identifying people have been abused, sexually or otherwise. This doesn't discount their asexuality. The effects of sexual assault tend to be scarring, but it is only on very rare occasions that a person who's experienced this is rendered unable to experience sexual attraction from then on. Nearly all rape and sexual assault victims remain interested in sex, though trauma does take some time to get past and work through. Sadly, some people who already know they are asexual get assaulted because of it, due to someone deciding that they just need to be shown a good time.Being told repeatedly that your only asexual because that happened to you is very upsetting and just flat out rude. In any case all experiences, including traumatic ones, can contribute to who we are and what we find interesting, but do not ever tell someone who's been abused that this is "the reason" for that person's asexuality.And if you honestly think it's a real possibility that they were. How could you ever think this is an appropriate thing to say to someone whose past you do not know?

the problem with having sex young at like 19 your both not mature enough to appreciate each other or that sex can be painful.
@JasmineSweeting11 жыл бұрын
Um, I'm 18 and and I know my maturity level. I have always been told by family, friends, and strangers that I am very mature for my age. To me a persons maturity level depends on how they grow. When I was younger my auntie and other family members always gave me and my cousins life lessons and talked to us about real life. We were not sheltered like a lot of children are today.if I wanted something I was told you have to work for it, because nothing in life is completely free. I am a very private person, I keep majority of things to myself. I only share things with people, if I really feel a need to ans if i could trust that person or not. I'm not saying I know everything, because honestly, I do not. But I have been in a rough situation the past 3 to 4 years, instead of enjoying my high school years I had to worry what else would go wrong, but you know what I learned and I grew through out those tribulations that faced me. It's just not 18 or 19 years olds that don't know how to appreciate one another, it's people in their 20's, 30's, 40,s and so on who still don't know how to appreciate others or be mature for that matter. I have aunties who live at home with their Dad, who is my grandfather, who still don't know how to drive have not done anything with their lives, let people talk them into things. One of my aunties is in an abundance of debt and still spending and she's about to be 30 this year. I promised myself that I would never be that irresponsible. Maturity does not simply have an age, just because you are an adult does not mean you are mature enough for sex. I have decided that I would wait until marriage to have sex or if I didn't wait it would be with someone who really cared for me and a guy that I trusted. But, I'm Sorry my sentences are a bit choppy wrote this in a hurry. P.S. I grew up in a Christian family, but my mom had me out of wedlock (hey! we all make mistakes, but I am glad she kept me!) and I know she wants me to do better, but she knows whats out there and the world and would not criticize me for making a mistake. We all at the end of the day.
@TheBatgirl2511 жыл бұрын
your better off wait, I agree its not always age but from my experience being around guys pasts their 20's were more mature and respectful but I have seen men older still acting like a child, it depend who it is just its annoying in work sitautions or in a store b/c you can't reasons with someone who is throwing a temper tantrum and freaking out just b/c you talk to them for two minutes.

Davy Payen In no way would I like to sound like I'm preaching or trying to tell you how to live your life, but love can be very strong, and I'm sure someone who loves you, and whom you love would want to share that pain. I can imagine how you wouldn't like to feel as a burdden, or feel like it's way too selfish to share this pain or be scared the person might leave in the end, but every relationship may end, or may face hardships. Allow yourself to experiment love if it comes accross your path, you deserve it.
