Weather has a lot to do with production I know a farmer that has 800 trees In his first year of production he produced 30 tons My other friends who were not so lucky had much less with about the same amount of trees.from the 6 the year on you start getting good amounts

Yes after 4:to 6 months worms and microbes should have broken down the dung leaving lots of worm castings

You can use a higher number but reduce the amount but keep in mind the n is twice as much of the p and k so keep this ratio for example if you find a 18 -8-8 it's the same ratio as the 9-4-4 but twice as strong so you would use half as much .I'm not sure about the Malaysia market ,good luck with it 🙏

Land cost is a big variable depending where you buy so not including that , if you need a water well,trees,sprayers,farm tools,tractor,setting up power,45k us
