The articulate actor, James Woods is guest on 'The Charlie Rose Show' in this 1995 interview, discussing his role as H. R. Haldeman, the Chief of Staff and Nixon's closest advisor in the political film, Nixon, by Oliver Stone.
James Woods (b, 1947) is an American actor and producer who is known for his work in theater, television, and film. He started his career in small roles on and off-Broadway. Woods was nominated for two Academy Awards: one for Best Actor for his work in Oliver Stone's Salvador (1986) and another for Best Supporting Actor for Rob Reiner's Ghosts of Mississippi (1996). He is the recipient of two Primetime Emmy Awards for the television movies Promise (1987) and My Name Is Bill W. (1989). Woods has also received three Screen Actors Guild Award nominations and three Independent Spirit Award nominations. On October 15, 1998, Woods received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The Charlie Rose Show (PBS/1991-2017) is an American television interview and talk show, with Charlie Rose as executive producer, executive editor, and host. The show was syndicated on PBS until 2017 and is owned by Charlie Rose, Inc. Rose interviewed thinkers, writers, politicians, athletes, entertainers, businesspersons, leaders, scientists, and fellow newsmakers.

@@themaestro3034 well, he’s conservative now. The entertainment industry is pretty liberal. If conservatives are going to work in the industry they either have to keep quiet or essentially be a legend to some degree, like Clint Eastwood. James Woods unfortunately isn’t seen as a legend in the industry, despite having so many incredible performances.

I was watching Revenge of the Sith with a friend and told him that Natalie Portman went to Harvard and had a high IQ and I was looking up what it was and saw actor with the highest IQ, James Woods 184… then I searched James Woods interview and here I am.
