This video is made to let the people know Advocate notice and how it is useful before filing the case. This video tells also that how it is different from court notice.
legal action can only be taken once notice has been served upon the entity or individual you wish to take to court. It is this process that bring a matter to court. The information sent is known as a legal notice.
An Advocate notice is, therefore, a formal communication to a person or an entity, informing the other party of your intention to undertake legal proceedings against them.
This notice, when sent, conveys your intention before the legal proceedings and thus, makes the party aware of your grievance. Many times, a legal notice served will bring the other party on heels, and the problem can get resolved out of court too, with fruitful discussions on both sides.
a forewarning prior to court legal notice action, a legal notice lays down the conditions to be followed by the receiver of such notice, non-compliance to which may result in legal actions being taken against them by sending a court legal notice. The first step on the receipt of legal notice is to consult a lawyer who deals with the legal notice and carries on the task of tackling the case and the client involved as well. A legal notice reply is to be drafted by such lawyer since the matter at hand does not remain civil anymore.
Any person who tends to cause or has caused any infringement of any right, legal in nature, of another person, the latter can send a legal notice online or physically to the person (or company) involved. In this technological world legal notice online can be also sent.
A legal consultant or a civil lawyer can be hired or sought for by the aggrieved person to help in writing a legal notice. Section 80 of the Civil Procedure Code 1908 requires the following ingredients in a legal notice
Name and address of the sender
Cause of sorting to legal action
The compensation claimed by the sender
A summary of the legal basis for the filing of the case.
The notice must be in writing, on the letterhead of a lawyer, drafted in unambiguous language in any regional language or English, as the receiving party is comfortable with and can understand enough to reply. Legal notice must carry the signatures of both the sender of such notice and the lawyer involved and the person or the advocate can send the legal notice online or physically.
As an example, under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act 1881, when a cheque is bounced, the sending of legal notice to the issuer becomes mandatory within 30 days from the date of cheque bounce. In case there is no repayment of money after 15 days from the delivery of the legal notice, the aggrieved party can initiate legal action within the next 30 days.

Sir thanks a lot for replying. I live and work in Nagpur Maharashtra. My parents live in Bihar. My wife is also from Bihar. She was living with me in Nagpur till Jan 2020, and after that she went to her home in Bihar. Till now she is there.
