We have also suffered a lot. My nephew was suffering from numbness of both legs. we paid around 13-14 lakh for treatment but of no use. Their treatment was very expensive. We have seen that if the patient is dead, the patient is kept on ventilation for five - six days and heavy bill is prepared even after death and attendants are not allowed to meet the patient with the reason that the patient is in ICU. We had also taken up case with Narayana Hospital in 2018 with a copy to Banglore HQ for their negligence. We also met to their Administrative Brig (Retd) his behaviour and attitude was so rude and till date we have not got justice. Thereafter, we got our nephew discharged from Narayana Hospital and admitted in BN Hospital, Talab Tillo, Jammu. His condition was start recovering but later on he expired leaving behind wife and two minor children. His father is still in heavy debit and mentally upset.

Sir so many hospitals of jammu are registered under Ayushman bharat but not excepting Golden card and taking cash payment from the patient's attendent . It routine practice of these registered hospitals looting poor and layman's. This issue should be viewed seriously.

So true. I know this lady. We were staying in the same Hotel there as my mother was also undergoing treatment in Narayana Katra. We also faced the same problem regarding the Ayushman Card and other related problems. Narayana HospitalL Katra is a big scam. It's a death trap. Everybody there is money minded only. I lost my mother there. Dr J P Sing, Neurosurgeon was the doctor in-charge. The authorities concerned should take some serious action. We stayed there for a month and spent around 5 lakh. Although the doctor said all the expenses will be covered in a package of 2 lakhs. But this all was a trap. Even after staying there for a month , nothing improved. But the Doctors kept claiming that patient is improving. Later when they realised perhaps that situation has deteriorated they discharged us forcefully. Patient was still taking medicine and food through pipes. We were not willing to take the patient home in that condition. But then we were left with no option. And brought her home. Then unfortunately after 9 days at home, my mother left us forever. RIP NARAYANA KATRA HOSPITAL, RIP THE NEUROSURGEON THERE.

Good job Junaid jee. It is really happening in this hospital but the mute point is no case has so far been filed in the Court of Law to my knowledge. It would be better if this Advocate moves the Court at an appropriate level in public interest and to get justice for herself.

I would request to all the patients of J&K not to visit Super Speciality Hospital, Narayana, Katra for treatment. The behaviour of the staff is so rude and rough and do not allowed to attendant to attend the patient. Only attendants are allowed between 1700h to 1800h in a day. They do not have proper Specialist Doctors and they consult their Doctors on WhatApp from Banglore Hospital. As per my knowledge a number of patients have lost their lives in Super Speciality Hospital Narayana, Katra. A court of Inquiry is required to be conducted that how many patients have lost their lives on beds of SSH, Narayana Katra since its establishment and how much money have been recovered from those patients. We had also complaint agains them in 2018 and till date we have not received any reply from them. I think that complaints are thrown in the dust bins and burnt next day. We are still running in heavy debit and leading a very miserable life.

But i could understand from this interview, whatever they did with u it was their arrogancy, u might have tried to do the things as per law, but my dear sister i am also of same nature, who sometimes take stand against such wrong doings but the result was, my own damage. Whatever is written in law is not equally applicable in practicality. I fought such fights, deeper you go, you will find the roots of these people are upto top official who are running the government. It's a big nexus. One can imagine the situation in other hospitals across Jammu, To be honest we prefer SKIM then any hospital Jammu we have beared the situations earlier... 2,3 years ago my uncle was admitted in hospital Bakshinagar they declared him incurable and said he will survive few days. But luckily we shifted him to skim now 2,3 years passed he is in good health.......... 😭😭 Save Jammu ( don't make it udta Jammu)

I got my father admitted there. They didn't knew the course of treatment for the disease. Were clueless for 5 days. Made my father being admitted for 13 odd days(for the monie). Later on diagnosed him with tb, which would have added a huge burden in terms of medicines to be taken, only later on to be refuted by another famous doctor of jammu. Point being, we jammites thought we got something better than GMC, but it is nothing but a hospital which possibly looks good but lacks the fundamental aspect of a hospital,i.e treatment

Almost all private and so called charitable hospitals of jammu do step motherly treatment to ayushman cases. They also keep terminally patients waiting for want of approval or other lame excuses. Need for state based helpline and accountability. First hand experience.

These private hospital are just nuisance , they do not have even better equipments and facilities for patients they charge money just like fortis , appolo hospital but can not provide services like them … I just visited few days back some private renowned hospital in Jammu city they do not even have mask for attendants in icu just think and they charge 8000 rupees for icu bed …. My best humble appeal to all just better to go medical college rather than spending money in private hospital

I empathise with her, since she has lost loved one. I could extrapolate that this is a social problem rather than Haryana Hospital Or Ayushman Bharat for that matter. Whereever you go u have to face things depending upon the intentions or psychological state or pre set mind of the individual concerned, the reverse of it is also true---I am this, this, and I needed to be given special priority etc., Listening to this over stretched story, I am happy to learn from horses mouth that her patient was dealt with appropriatly and satisfactorily, I don't think that there was any scope for them to feel emotional as much as she feels for her father because they can't it's their every day affair. I am very happy about that hospital.

Worst hospital. Apne patient ko mat le jao waha. They can't handle serious cases. Don't risk your patient life. Heath insurance lo or delhi main ache hospital dikhao. Jammu main sab hospital baikar hai. Yaha normal case bhi kharab kar dete hai. Don't go on DMC(punjab) for brain surgery.
