कोर्ट मैरीज कैसे करें
दुल्हन और दुल्हन दोनों को निम्नलिखित शर्तों को पूरा करना होगा।
शादी के समय उनके पास एक जीवित पति / पत्नी नहीं होनी चाहिए।
उन्हें अस्वस्थ दिमाग के कारण सहमति देने में असमर्थ नहीं होना चाहिए।
भले ही वे सहमति दे सकें, उन्हें मानसिक विकार नहीं होना चाहिए जो उन्हें शादी या बच्चों के लिए अनुपयुक्त बनाता है।
उन्हें पागलपन या मिर्गी से पीड़ित नहीं होना चाहिए।
दुल्हन कम से कम 18 वर्ष और दूल्हे कम से कम 21 होना चाहिए।
दोनों पार्टियां एक-दूसरे के साथ निषिद्ध रिश्ते में नहीं होनी चाहिए।
Application form filled and signed by both the bride and the groom.
Receipt of payment of fee.
Separate affidavits from bride and groom. They need affidavits for DOB, marital status, and relationship with each other.
2 attested passport sized photos (each) of the bride and the groom.
Copy of divorce decree/order or death certificate (if applicable).
Proof of date of birth (DOB) such as copies of matriculation certificate or passport.
Proof of stay in the particular district for more than 30 days. You can submit documents like Ration Card or a report from the local SHO.

Hello Mr. Pandey, I have one query to make. You said that the Indian marriage act is SAME throughout the India and Bride and groom has to be physically present while registering for the Court marriage (Before notice period). This is not always true at every place. I have known the couples, where the bride or groom lives abroad and to initial their marrriage process in registrar office, One has to be present and the other one can give their statement through Video call. Can you verify if this is possible everywhere?

Aadhar Card is enough, but your residence and aadhar card mentioned address and district court address must be same. (Suppose you live in Delhi, your address, adhar card mentioned address and court all should be in Delhi) Or, where you want to get married ( for other place) you must be reside for at least 1 month and you must have proof for this. 4 passport size photograph
