Why maintenance is needed when your not doing your duties as wife ? Why maintenance is needed you women are claiming to be equal to men in society ? Why maintenance is needed if your educated like men & can apply for job equivalent to men ? maintenance can be payed if their is a kid not to women (is wife kid) ? Women law has become a monopoly and this needs refoment, still following old and void law's for today's time .. Both Men & women should be treated equally ... Else ask women to say at home, then men can pay maintenance to both his wife & kid

@@poojachauhan6939 Now as per the law of this land both women and men are entitled for parental property, women can get her part. And what you think.. and as post above you women are caliming equal rights you can work if the women is single if not educated Man is suppose to pay maintenance if he is guilty all depends on cercumstances. Well this about Women. Now that if the Man devorce has no parental property and leaves alone as women are mostly entitled for child's custody.. what about him in this case who will take care of him? If Man is guilty I accept he has digged his own grave .. what if he is not guilty and the women is guilty? Still he will pay maintenance and leaves a single and dippressed life alone ? I've seen alot ending up in hospital or suicide.. which is not a big news as it's "Men" ... I respect the fact women leave her parental home and come into husband s home ..but 82% (according to the survey) of the family will be broken in to two families due to adjustment and understanding problems ..here again man suffers and become alcoholic..this goes on I can keep writing. All I have to say is that Women and Men should be treated equally in this current society. Should be given equal opportunity in terms of law and both should share the same responsibility!!

Now a days wife's family have great ideas of taking huge loan enjoy, complain in police station with dowry charges and harassment,..on the other hand husband's family with lot of sacrifice made property....now wife get easy money as compensation to pay of loan.😁...I am also victim I never took single rupee from my wife paid kid's fees regularly I maintained house..I have all evidence that they have taken loan, her father not staying with them because of loan issue, her brother who works in reputed company often visits abroad frequency ...never listen to me..no support to husband's family at all by Indian law. Any one honestly please answer if wife falsely complain on husband family, and if she shouts that her husband is not at all man in public, is she be compensated with money🙏🙏.
