I disagree. Legal immigration is a bureaucratic nightmare even for unskilled worker permits let alone becoming a citizen. Most of our low skill labor from agriculture to services rely on these people. We need huge legal reform to make it more advantageous for LEGAL migrants over illegal ones. The most important is actually holding the bad criminals to account.
