Adwa AD32 EC/TDS calibration

What's the best way to keep this EC meter in perfect conditions? Do I need to leave it with a special solution and always keep the sensor wet or just clean, dry and store?

My adwa started to work inaccurate. I calibrated with the 1413 u s/cm soultion, than i switched to ppm, and it says 740 ppm instead 905 ppm (1413us/cm=905ppm)

I've got two AD32 EC/TDS and both say USE 6.44 to calibrate. I cant get 6.44 buffer solution, it did not come with the device. Ive tried the AD70030 solution but WRNG sign come up. Ive contacted ADWA but Ive had no response. It looks like I'll have to discard these and purchase a proper conductivity meter. NOT GOOD

Dear Ms Fifield, The AD32 is an EC/TDS meter, so, the mentioned problem can occur, that one of the meters is in EC and other is in TDS measuring mode. Calibration could be done for: EC - 12,88mS, TDS - 6,44ppt. In case you use the supplied calibration solution - 12880μS/cm (12.88mS/cm) -, select the EC mode by pressing the SET/HOLD button. For more details please read the manual supplied with the instrument or open the link below. Calibration not good the massage ( WRNG) continue and change solution??

Hi there! - Please check the calibration solution, is it the right value (12880 μS/cm ) and fresh solution. - Please check the following: (see youtube video, at 0:30) Tap the probe repatedly to remove any air bubbles that may be trapped in the measuring area around and between the electrodes (between the electrode plates).

Bought the EC meter but it seems to be on 1382 Ppm for calibration and I received a 1412 ppm bag, is there a way to up the ppm of the EC meter so I don't have to purchase an additional bag of 1382 ppm solution? Kind regards

Dear Noa, You probably bought an AD31, did you? If do so, we would like to inform you that the calibration solution you have in the box of the meter is 1413 μS/cm and it is for EC calibration. Please switch your device to EC mode with the "SET/HOLD" button. If you can see a "μS" sign in the top of the display, you are in EC mode. Then, you can start the caliration with the 1413 μS/cm solution. When the calibration is done, there is no need to calibrate the meter in TDS separately. The meter is ready to use. +ADWAHungary thank you for the respond, I had just bought the solution so that was correct. Yet it took me about 20 minutes of tapping and trying over and over again to get it to work. Finally did got it to calibrate though. Thanks! great product.

I tried for 30 minutes to "remove the air bubbles" but I always fall on "warning" ... decidedly, these EC tester are bad! And i use CONDUCTIVITY STANDARD of Growth Technology with 1.413 mS/cm... I have 12.88mS/cm and next WRNG... Finally my Adwa wrote 1.58
