I'm exactly at this point, in a very literal way. 😂 You think your life is yours until you experience a few moments of no-thing looking through the eyes at the world. You then understand beyond a doubt whats going on. When I first experienced that I also literally went like 'oh shit'. It's like someone tells you the truth is through a door, you gather your resolve and walk through the door, and by the time you see the truth and turn around the dooropening isn't there anymore. And he has a funny way of saying things. I love it. 😂

Dearest Ardya, I can’t thank you enough for your amazing teachings. However, on this point of “oh my God, it’s too late ( it’s happened to me), my experience has been quite different. I honestly feel like I’ve been drawn in this ( Spiritual) direction since I was a little girl. And now I’m so glad that that was my experience! I feel as though the Universe has been very gentle with me, in spite of many difficult periods throughout my life. I love listening to you, and I always feel that I have had some sort realignment, and seeing things from a different viewpoint. I am filled with Gratitude for my roadway throughout life! Blessed be beautiful Soul 🌹

Very well explained, I'd say it's spot on! I also remember that 'morning', standing in front of my coffee machine and finding no recognizable 'me', there was nothing. Game changer. It's the pathless destination. You cannot grasp the tao (way), it will slip through your fingers. That which we are cannot be described by word or captured by concept, our true nature is beyond mind. The limited mind can never access it, that's why the parallel teaching across Taoism, Buddhism, Advaita Vedanta, etc., is to learn to quiet the mind. Once experienced, like Maharshi has said, the questions will be dissolved. Just like the stick that stirs the fire all night, eventually it will be tossed into the fire and comsumed as well :) This is an ACCURATE, honest and direct video, 100%. Listen closely, listen to the spaces between the words, for if not for the spaces, the words wouldn't be discernable :)

A profound ending to that speech. Awakening is not about ending suffering, suffering is there to make us aware of the issues that really concern the soul, it is there to grab our attention and see the bigger picture, only if you can grow above the monkey mind, general concerns and general uncosciousness is when you mature enough to really see what the whole point is, and you don't really need to do anything, the situations and events that need to happen will come of themselves in your life. We don't create righteousness with our ego mind - that's just another self-gratification trip, you simply let yourself sink into it, and everything falls into place, then the great ones appear and talk out of their inner experience, not some book knoweledge or fancy concepts that they merely vaguely understand in logical terms.

yes it is lovely and it's upsetting all at the same time. Well, not that upsetting because I'm fortunate enough to still have most of my family and friends with me (alive) and I can at least enjoy being with them for as long as I can! But for those who have died, and for all of those past times..it's true -I can't go back. Whatever was done and said, is all there will ever be (in this life time anyway).. sigh

Additional info! - 1. Life endows you with the ability to create your own meaning! 2. Awareness is like the screen in the movie theater, empty fully receptive, the mind is the artist ... Paint whatever picture you like! 3. Throw off ALL authority, the answer you seek is within you it is not external to you. Hehe, hope that helps :) Have fun out there ;)

I know, it sucks. But it seems mind has to be cruelly and relentlessly disappointed until one day it is forced to give up. Or something wider is forced into being. Or it just dies. Out of sheer exhaustion. Nothing else can shift it. We cling on to it at all costs. That's why it has to be utterly devastated. The annoying thing is that it IS us. And why would we want to give ourselves up? That would feel like suicide. It feels like suicide either way for me. Which is intolerable actually. But at least now I know there is a third option. Mind will die when it can take no more. When it finally, clearly sees it is creating all its own suffering, maybe it will stop.

A bit surprised he said if he had the choice he’d go the other way…I mean, doesn’t sound like a space to strive for. I’d think worldly life isn’t what he’d even desire at this point.

Oh, thank you Adya! I have been thinking maybe I should try to teach this shit to others. This losing of all self identity. Realizing no self. Complete and total liberation from the world of humans. At least from the unconscious ones. 99% of the planet. But, F that. I'll probably be one of those vagabonds walking around barefoot...smiling. Y'all can just figure it out on your own. Lol. ✌😎

@@lukehamilton3518 And d'you know what..., 8 months later and 2 or 3 years of 'process' into it, the biggest and most profound change/difference is that thought and emotion no longer have any control over my life. That's it, that's the crux of this whole enlightenment business. The difference between heaven and hell. Everything else seems to be business as usuall. Right back where I started except now I LOVE life rather than hate it. 💖🙏💖
