I think Sanji displayed the most character development during Thriller Bark, to be honest. From the Water 7 arc through Thriller Bark even in Sabaody Archipelago somewhat is where I truly can see the growth in his character. But they weren't up to that point yet in 2013 lol.

I never understood why FUNimation never re-used the 4Kids dub One Piece voice actors and voice actresses for the FUNimation dub of One Piece. Why re-use the the FUNimation dub DBZ/DBZ Kai voice actors and voice actresses for the FUNimation dub of One Piece? I don't get it. You got Sanji talking like Trunks, Zoro talking like Piccolo, Usopp talking like Krillin, Luffy talking like Kai dub Kid/Teen Gohan, etc., and One Piece fans will be thinking "Hey! I recognize those voices!".

Probably because the 4Kids dub was recorded in New York, while the FUNimation dub was recorded in Texas, so if they used the 4Kids voices they would have to bring over the old voice actors and actresses over and over when they have new episodes to record,and that would be expensive, plus it's much cheaper to use in-house voice actors, and because of the 4Kids dub voices not haveing the best reputation of sounding good, like Sanji's or Vivi's.

No, thank God, they are still dubbing it. I made this comment because I saw comments about the dub being discontinued but in reality they were only talking about the 4Kids dub.
