AE#78 Alesis Quadraverb GT Repair And Checkout

In this episode we'll have a look at an Alesis Quadraverb GT effects unit I picked up as a parts unit. It didn't come with a power adapter so we had to hack a temporary one together to check out the unit. The LCD was bad but a close replacement is still available. The part I used is a Lumix LCM-S01602DSF/C which I got from Mouser. It needed some modifications before installation but then the unit started to work. Finally we listen to it to make sure that it is in fact fully functional.
